B: function B(V, &phgr;.sub.0) of vehicle speed V and normal yaw rate gain&phgr;.sub.0 ;

C: function C(V, &phgr;.sub.0) of vehicle speed V and normal yaw rate gain&phgr;.sub.0 ;

D: function D(V,&phgr;.sub.0) of vehicle speed V and yaw rate gain &phgr;.sub. 0 ; and

s: Laplace transform variable.
