摘要：An inkjet ink having an increased shelf life. The inkjet ink comprises an ink vehicleand a reactive colorant. The reactive colorant is nonreactive with water and resistant tohigh temperatures, thereby increasing the shelf life of the inkjet ink to greater thanapproximately twelve months. An inkjet printing system comprising the inkjet ink and anactivating agent is also disclosed. A reactive colorant of the inkjet ink is nonreactive withwater but is sufficiently reactive with the activating agent to form an activated complex tofix the reactive colorant to a textile substrate. A method of printing on a textile substrateis also disclosed.
