摘要：This invention deals with novel polysilazane polymers, a method for theirpreparation, and the ceramic materials prepared thereby. The method comprisesreacting a halogen-containing monosilane with a cyclic silazane or mixture of cyclicsilazanes. An example of such a material is one which is prepared by the reaction of HSiCl₃and {(CH₃)₂SiNH}.
