摘要：Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) drive circuit, comprising an OLED, a drive thin film transistor and aswitch thin film transistor. The first end of the switch thin film transistor receives data
voltage, and the second end electrically connects to the gate electrode of the drive thinfilm transistor. The gate electrode receives an n-th stage scan signal, wherein n is aninteger greater than or equal to 2. The first end of the drive thin film transistor receives apower supply voltage, the second end of the drive thin film transistor electricallyconnects to the anode of the OLED, and low-level voltage is applied by the cathode ofthe OLED. The OLED drive circuit further comprises an elimination capacitor and anelimination thin film transistor, which are used for eliminating the change in the drivecurrent of the OLED caused by a drift in the threshold voltage of the drive thin filmtransistor and a voltage drop of the power supply voltage. Also disclosed in theembodiments of the present invention is an active matrix OLED (AMOLED) display panel.Employing the present invention improves the problem of uneven light emission of anOLED caused by a shift in the threshold voltage of a drive thin film transistor and avoltage drop of a power supply voltage.
