摘要：An arbitrary waveform generator converts digital waveform data stored in amemory into an analog output signal by using a digital-to-analog converter. In order to
make the frequency characteristics of the output signal flat, the created digital waveformdata is modified in accordance with a predetermined S-parameter of the arbitrarywaveform generator, and the modified digital waveform data is stored in the memory forgenerating the analog signal having the compensated frequency characteristics.
