摘要：Image quality adjusting apparatus includes a display unit (15) displaying an inputoriginal image, an area designating unit (12) designating an arbitrary area of the originalimage displayed on display unit (15), and an arithmetic processing unit (14) adjustingimage quality of the input original image, based on pixel values of the area designated bythe area designating unit (12). Arithmetic processing unit (14) includes an object colordetecting unit (14a) detecting object color of the area designated by area designatingunit (12), color adjusting unit (14b) for performing color adjustment of the object colordetected by object color detecting unit (14a), and a luminance. saturation adjusting unit(14c) adjusting luminance and saturation of the input original image. Arithmeticprocessing unit (14) adjusts image quality of the input original image based on pixelvalues of the area designated by area designating unit (12), and therefore it becomespossible for the user to perform image quality adjustment to attain prescribed quality bysimple operation.
