My View of a Perfect Job

To some people, a perfect job may mean an easy work with a high salary. But to me, a perfect job means more than that.

First of all, perfect jobs should provide satisfactory salaries, so we can make a living on our own. However, to earn money is not the only reason we work. Besides, we work for satisfaction and fun. Consequently, perfect jobs should suit our interests and we can work attentively and never feel boring.

Secondly, perfect jobs can provide us stages where we can use what we have learned in college. In other words, we can apply our knowledge to work. Accordingly, it will help us make progress in academic realm. What’s more, perfect jobs should be challenging, so we’ll never get tired of doing it. On the contrary, we’ll be absorbed in it and never lost our interest in working.

Thirdly, perfect jobs should provide staffs with good welfares, which include ample vacations, huge bonuses, comfortable housing and so on. People should interchange labor and repose during work. So they need to relax for a while and then go back to work with high spirit. Moreover, good welfares encourage staffs work hard and make them feel satisfied. In a word, a perfect job must meet both material and spiritual needs. And I hope everyone can find an ideal job.
